DSB1/DirecTV Remote

I have the Polk DSB1 from Dish but now have DirecTV. When Direct came out and installed the guy programmed my remote to work the volume on soundbar. So I had to have my Direct receiver changed out and now my remote no longer works with the bar. Guy on phone at Direct said it wasn't possible. I know it is because I was jus using to control the volume yesterday. Can someone please help me?

Thanks I have that number programmed in my phone but the tech guy I talked to couldn't help so I just thought maybe someone on here might know how and would be willing to help

Talk to someone else. They have about 3 or 4 different types of remotes that operate on 2 different frequencies. Some of the remotes only operate on one frequency. Sounds like you talked to someone who may not have been aware.
