LSIM705 - No high frequency on one speaker

looks like i may be calling Polk.
Purchased through Adorama 12/18/2017

Before i do i want to know if there are any suggestion about troubleshooting my issue.
Noticed recently that high frequency on one of the speakers is barely audible.
I have played music from different sources and the issue is still the same.
Swapped speaker position. Moved left speaker to right and vice versa. issue seems to follow the same speaker.

Not sure if there is anything else i can try before calling or just go ahead and call.

You likely cooked a resistor. Remove the crossover and look for a burnt one.

The LSiM faston connectors have a safety tab, which makes them impossible to fall off.
