Speaker SR1

Hi I am in uk and have bought a magnifi max soundbar with rear speakers. We bought in January 2020 My problem is the left rear SR1 is crackly My wife tells me it has been like it to a minor degree since new I have the latest 115 update My supplier has shut down temporarily because of covid 2020 so cannot take back. Also some tv programmes do not like rear speakers I presume these are not compatible with system I would be interested to see if anyone else has noticed this or is it a faulty speaker chassis
