Magnifimax sub randomly unsynced

Yesterday I purchased a new Magnifimax it worked great out of the box yesterday. Today the sub randomly unpaired. I followed the process the sync it. However the light on the sub will just continue to flash for two minutes until the Soundbar stops the pairing process. I’m not sure how to get this sub to sync back up.

    did you try this process?

    1. Make sure sound bar is powered on (light should be visible on the front of the bar)
    2. Press and hold sync button on back of the sound bar until you hear the chime (about 3 second hold)
    3. Press and hold sync button on back of the subwoofer until you hear the chime (about 4-5 second hold)
    4. Press the sync button on the sound bar one time (you should hear a different chime for this)
