I don’t know where the best place to post this is... but free Parasound tape deck in the Pittsburgh area. (Not my listing)

Neat-o.
Image of same, from the above-mentioned ad, for posterity
Looks Nakamichi-esque to my eye; I am guessing (?!) it's Nakamichi OEM.
Here, e.g., is a Nakamichi BX-125. Some similarities, though certainly not identical.
(I actually had trouble giving this one away -- and it even worked!)

Nice! Looks kinda similar to me. I figured there wouldn’t really be interest in this here, but might as well post it. I know there’s a few people out there who are into that vintage stuff.

Do you have another one?
I have a BX-1 which was/is in better shape, and was found (at the dump) with "OBM", as they say on the auction sites
Funny thing is -- now that I think of it, by this point, Nakamichi was using (at the least) other OEMs transports, in (again, at least) their cheap decks. Irony.
Not sure if I have a photo of the BX-1 handy -- it's in its box in the basement
The guts of the BX-1 are reportedly* made by Sankyo.
