In this uncertain time, we are all doing our part to help our communities by limiting personal interaction as much as possible. In the mean time, we recognize that so many of our dealer partners are local small businesses that thrive on customers coming in the door each day. As audio enthusiasts, we don't want to see them hurt by a tough economic climate. Let's try and make audio shops and ourselves a little more comfortable by keeping our families closer and bringing the joy of music into our homes.
Today through the end of April, Bryston is helping to make staying at home a little more comfortable by offering free drop shipping directly to customers plus a 10% discount off the retail price of a product or system when the order is placed through an authorized Bryston dealer.

Note on operations
In our over 40 years of producing audio and nearly 60 years in business, Bryston has weathered some incredible challenges and global events. Without minimizing the difficulty we now face, we remain well positioned to maintain normal operations into the foreseeable future. At this time, our dealers and customers should not expect any changes in service or our ability to satisfy customers or fill orders large or small. Of course, should that change, we will do our best to let everyone know immediately.
Service and support
In accordance with recommendations from official health agencies, we will not be visiting with dealers and customers in person until we are advised that it is safe to do so. However, Bryston already has systems in place to remotely assist customers in the setup and use of their connected Bryston devices. Plus, we still take phone calls. Should you need advice on the setup and use of their new Bryston equipment, don't hesitate to reach out by phone or email. We can use remote screen sharing and other technologies to make service as simple as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your support! Most of all, we wish you and yours good health. Thanks for choosing Bryston.
