Then it is just the price shown on the website. Most things are 20% off, but not the Dectet, which is their only power conditioner currently in production. What if you dont have anything to trade in....say you are in the market for a power conditioner?
I'm a PSA customer that purchased my gear from a dealer. When they moved from dealer to direct sales last fall there was lots of discussion about discounts on the PSA site.
No firsthand experience but several folks relayed they were successful calling PSA and "dealing". By and large, they have a very good reputation for customer support/satisfaction. Also, they have many new products close to release and w/the economy tanking I'd bet there's more incentive to keep their sales numbers going.
Even if you don't have something for trade, and you probably won't get a steep discount, i'd estimate it's worth making the call and seeing where it goes. All they can do is say no. Explain your budget, what you want and work from there.
