Golf shoes

Seeing if there are any fellow hackers out there with knowledge of a good pair of shoes? I won't spend more than a benji on them so I'm looking more at last years models. I have my eye on the Under Armour HOVR Drive.

I'd like a more sporty look. I've had th FJ Dryjoys for basically my entire adult life. They're great but too traditional. What say ye?

EDIT: Sorry, I just read the OP last sentence. I just love Foot Joys. I've had Nike's in the past and they were extremely uncomfortable and defective in two years. I have no experience with any others. The Under Armour's look good too.

Every set of Under Armour golf shoes I have tried on have been too narrow, but I have a fairly wide foot. Adidas has always been too narrow for me as well. I also prefer spikes, but a lot of people like the more casual crossover shoes with less aggressive spikes.

My all time favorite golf shoe has been the Nike Lunar Control II. I purchased two pair in a row. I also currently like my Sketchers Focus 2, enough that I would purchase them a second time. They aren't as light as the Nike's, but I liked the fit and traction much more than the Nike's that were out the last time I got golf shoes.

I agree that the Adidas are way too narrow for my wide a** feet even though they are rated very well.

I just got rid of a pair of Nike Lunar Command. They seemed to fit ok but just seemed cheap compared to what I'm used to. Those never saw the light of day ( got them as a 20 yr. gift at the old job).

I still got some bowling shoes that I forgot to return back in 79. Not a bad deal for my flip flops.
