Just bought a set of sda2s (83 models) and have a couple of bum drivers. Any help appreciated.

Check ebay, some just popped up. Search Polk RTA12B. There are two there. Looks like some one is parting a pair out.

Something is wrong with those drivers. One is over 16 ohms the other is almost 10ohms.
They should be less than 8 ohms. -
I thought maybe it was because he had them sitting on the cones. I wonder if he flipped them over and re tested they would be ok?

No. I've done it both ways and they read the same. -
Certainly a problem then. That guy is pretty proud of his 12B hats with tears and holes ain't he?
