Nice B&K Reference 2220 220 w/ch power amp

Sellig my B&K Reference 2220 power amp. The amp is in great shape and works exactly as it should. The Ref 2220 puts out 220 w/ch into 8 ohms and 350 into 4 ohms and 75 amps of current available It is built like a tank and is 42lbs of manliness. Has both RCA and balanced inputs. I love B&K amps and have owned many. I would describe the sound of this as effortless and more neutral then earlier B&K amps. Includes nice 14GA power cord. Amp will be double boxed and packed well. Asking $495 which is below the going rate Thanks

    I wonder if this amp uses the same Toshiba FETS as their earlier amps like the EX442 and M200's Those were rare and great output devices capable of lots of current.

    Doesn’t look like it .....
    Google pics of the guts and the outputs of your m200’s and my 442 are green ....
    The early 442’s used round silver hitachi outputs that only put out 50 amps of current .....
    The ref 2200 looks they are white ....
    See above pic ..... I believe those white devices are the outputs .....

    It still puts out 75 amps of current , though ....

    I think what you are looking at that are white are the sand cast resistors. The fets will be attached flat up against the heat sinks
