RTi70's finally appreciate them!
I had a pair of RTi70's for my rears in the HT room. I thought they sounded fine paired up with the 3000p's and CS1000. I convinced the wife to put them in the family room replacing a set of Eosone Sats. I have them running large with no sub with a Denon 2700. These speakers sound amazing. I am not going to use a sub, since we rarely watch DD movies up here. I am going to use a set of RT600's in the HT until I can find something else. Maybe a set of 2000p's. I am still hoping to find a set of the 3000p sats for the rear. If you can find any of the 70's at CC on clearence, buy them and don't look back!
Anyone looking for some Eosone's?
Thanks for reading, Jeff

I never heard the RTi70's, but I can say that given the room those towers like my RT800i sound sweet for anything HT or 2 channel.
BTW with my RTi150's now I can say I like the Tweeters better then the Tri-lams. So I could just say yes the 70's sound sweet.

I recently began to really appreciate my 70's when I gave them some extra juice by bi-amping them. I didn't think they were capable of sounding as good as they do. No subwoofer required for 2-channel playback, nice detail, not too bright, etc.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub
