The Phantom Sub

My friend has this Cerwin-Vega sub Model SUB-120 that someone gave him, sounds nice and it's in great condition. The problem is I can't find any specs, pics, documentation...NOTHING. (Google has finally failed me.)

I there anyone out there that has any info on this sub and how it compares to a PSW505?
