A bit frustrated by the $73.95 price tag for a piece 24" x 27" at Sonicraft.

I really only need, bare minimum, 2 pieces each 6in. x 6in. to mod my 7Bs. I could buy a piece bigger though. I could prorate the $'s based upon above prices per sq. ft. and pay shipping as well.

    @michaeljhsda2 Thanks I did just discover that and it is available in 1-1/4" thick which is almost as thick as the Blackhole5. Much cheaper.

    I just called a dealer near me and he said Blackhole5 is now 1-1/2" thick and it would cost him $720 for a case of 10 pcs. 12in. x 18in. x 1.5in., which is much more expensive than the Sonic Craft price, or about the same $ for much less mat'l. Can't make this stuff up.

    Hey thanks @VR3 I checked it out and it is cheaper, $45 for a 24in. x 27in. piece. They don't have any in stock until the last week of January (always something lol!)

    @Toolfan66 thanks to the kindness of @Moose68Bash I have one piece that is 7" x 9-1/8". I've been advised to use (2) pieces 6" x 6" so as it stands I am a bit shy. I'd rather not piece together too much and I'd prefer to do 2 whole pieces.

    This stuff does seem pretty incredible. You can hold it near your face and talk into it and it noticeably makes it quieter.
