Omni SB1 soundbar muffled sound

Hello,

Polk CS were no help so I'm trying my luck here. I have a 2 year old soundbar where the sound is muffled on some channels and when i watch a show/movie when there is music and someone talking at the same time, all i can here is the music....no voice audio.
It's only 2 years old but i'm out of warranty. Hope I don't have an expensive paperweight.

    Same problem here (SB1 Soundbar w/wireless sub woofer). Looking for a fix!

    From your description I would imagine either the speaker that is producing the center channel is defective, or the amplifier that powers the center channel is not working. Normally the next step in troubleshooting would be to swap the center channel speaker for either the right or left speaker and see if the problem follows the speaker or remains in the same channel. Since the speaker and the amplifier are all tucked inside the soundbar this is much more difficult. Let me see if I can find out how the bar comes apart.
