Cambridge CXN v2 DSD Audio Dropouts

I have a number of SACD's I've ripped to .dsf files using my Oppo 103. They reside on a NAS. Lately I've noticed fairly frequent dropouts while steaming them with my CXN. The dropouts are random. If I plug a USB flash drive with the same files into the CXN, no dropouts. I won't swear to it, but this seems to have started after the latest firmware update was installed.
CXN is connect via Cat6 ethernet. Router is an Asus RT-AC68U, there'a also a TP-Link TL-SG108 switch between the router & CXN. This configuration has not changed. Router has the latest firmware.
Anybody else with a Cambridge streamer seeing anything similar? I'm more inclined to point fingers at a router setting, but haven't the faintest idea where to begin looking. Have not tried swapping ethernet cables yet since it's a pain to do so. Any suggestions on where to begin looking?
