Trouble with Fios

I have the SB1 Plus soundbar. I have issues with CBS and some NFL Broadcasts. With CBS, the show is set at a sound level and then when the commercials play, they are significantly louder. With NFL broadcasts, sometimes I only hear the announcer or the crowd, but not both. I have and LG OLED tv. With these channels, I have to to off the soundbar and use the crappy LG tv sound. I would appreciate any help to resolve these issues. Thanks!
