PSW110 sounds like build in noise gate

in Subwoofer Hookup & Bass Management
I bought my PSW110 in year of 2013 at bestbuy Vancouver BC. It was good but last month the sound turned to " noise gate " or no sound but suddenly very loud and distorted. I did changed the input cable but the problem remain the same. I took the PSW110 to the nearby Bestbuy customer services but they told me to contact Polkaudio.
So can you show me where can I get my sub-woofer fix ? Thank you.

    In all likelihood the amp bit the dust. Time to get a new sub.
