What is BFD? I initial impression was "big f
deal", but I know that's not it. -

Yikes!! Is our exchange rate that bad!?!?
Don't have a pressing need for one but I think it's cool that gacole2000 is trying to hook up another Polk member.

No it is not even close to that bad, but those are the prices that Behringer set. It is still a bargainGraham

Not the exchange rate.. just that there is so much more feedback in Canada due to the thinner and colder air and the people who speak french and because you're that much closer to the north magnetic pole your drivers tend to be pulled north. Add all that up and it requires a more robust design, Illudiam Q36 blue capacitors and an extra phase-inversing quasi-digital relativistic directional statically-dynamic transformer in the nonstandard pull-push-pull-oh-baby-that's-the-way-I-like-it configuration. Very expensive. Plus it's blubber-proof in case your party gets out of hand and someone starts tossing appetizers. Whale oil is a **** on electronic components. -
Really?!? I've always heard it was because of the ice in the igloos. Seal and polar bear fur wall treatments are suppose to help though. Whale oil is a bit troublesome to get out but whale blubber under the components make for an excellent isolation platform. Just a handy tweak there...
