I have my NAS playing via the network, I just want to be able to select the music using the PC. I am not crazy about the mobile apps, they don't show enough detail.

Run a USB cable from your PC to the CXN and use it in USB DAC mode, choosing the content that you want to play by using your PC?

@Clipdat but my music is on the NAS

Well since it's network attached, the PC should be able to play it with an appropriate player out to the CXN's DAC. Take a look into foobar2000.
