Can the sound bar be set up and used if I don’t have WiFi?

I know. I’m living in the dark ages. LOL But with unlimited data on my phone I don’t need WiFi. But I just bought a Qled tv and want to add a sound bar.

    That depends if the soundbar is wired or wireless.
