center speaker problem

I have a cs275 center speaker that has a buzzing on certain sound levels when watching dvd or vhs in surround sound. Does this mean the mid-woofer is blown? The noise appears to come from the left mid-woofer in the speaker. If it is blown is it under warranty? If not under warranty where can I get a replacement?

Polk says 5 years warranty and I believe they
mean it. If the speaker is blown, take it back where you bought it, if they won't deal with it, send the driver to Polk, with copy of receipt and they should take care of you.
Their customer service is outstanding.

The driver is blown. You can call Polk and get another. The number is mw4801 ($48.00) for the cs275.
I just replaced one on a cs275 a week ago and one driver on the RT16 (mw8103 $76.00). Polk 2 day fedex'd them.
I don't know how the warranty works with Polk because the cs275 and pair of RT16's were purchased in '97 and my wife put my speakers in the garage while we packed to move. 6 months later and after moving into another house, unpacking, redecorating, etc., etc., two driver speakers made a slight noise. I just attributed it to moisture/condensation while in the garage that probably caused some rust and didn't push the warranty.
My wife just doesn't understand water/moisture and electronic devices don't mix. She'd put a potted plant on top of a receiver or speaker without a second thought and wonder why a loud noise comes out of the speakers after she waters the plant. -
