This is a nice little headphone amp.

I was using an Audioengine D1 before, and the Magni 3 with a Modi 3 DAC was a nice little combo upgrade. Good entry into the Schiit lineup and/or if you're looking to pull together an affordable headphone setup.

Be prepared for upgrade-itis on the Modi 3 DAC, but the Magni 3 is a piece you can grow with for a while. The combo is a fun setup for home office or work office.

Also pairs well with the HRT Music Streamer DACs for computer audio.

Side note: The Magni 3 can work as a preamp, too, for use with powered monitors
