FS: RTiA7s, CSiA6 - mint cond, one owner, cherry veneer, boxes, etc.

Selling only due to recent upgrade to LSiMs.

Polk RTiA7 (pair) and CSiA6, both in mint/as-new condition. Asking $350 for the pair of RTiA7s, $150 for the CSiA6, $450 for all three. Prefer local pickup for obvious reasons (Renton, WA 98055) but would consider shipping. I'd be happy to demo them for a serious buyer.

One adult owner bought from authorized dealer - no smoke/kids/pets environment, light-controlled rooms. Always powered with quality amplification (Onkyo TX-SR805 initially, then Emotiva XPA-100s). Original boxes are stored in the garage loft, and should have all the original paperwork, spikes (I used Soundocity outriggers), plastic bag overwrap/socks, etc.

Beautiful cherry veneer - looks as good as the day I unboxed them. Grilles were barely used and are also in mint condition (stored indoors). I did remove the brass jumpers on the center channel but 98.3% sure they are in my home office somewhere.

Pictures below are back from September when I get the new LSiMs in, but these are the most recent I have of the RTi/CSi. I'd be happy to post more pics if asked.

Thanks!

Great deal for great speakers. At the risk of thread jacking, is the LSiM finish really that ugly compared to the RTiA7s? Asking because I made the same switch, but haven't unboxed them yet.

    Weekend bump!

    @badchad
I personally prefer the LSiM finish when I compared them side-by-side (see picture below).

I was hesitant about the glossy finish due to potential light reflections when watching movies in the media room. And yes, they do reflect a bit more light than the RTi's. But I did set up the LSiM's just a bit farther apart and a bit more forward from the screen. This helped to make any light reflections just a bit more than before.

I do plan to take some black felt and lay on top of the center speaker to completely eliminate those reflections, which is more noticeable than the tower reflections.

mak99, Please remove the for sale items listed in your signature area. Items for sale need to have a specific listing in the Flea Market.

mak99...might be interested in that demo!

Any input on how much of an upgrade I would hear over RT800i/CS400i?

I think it'd be a nice upgrade, assuming your combo is fairly close to my old RTi70/CSi40. Plus the curved sides look better IMO.

If you are interested in a demo, I'll be available early next week as this weekend is booked up - send me a PM if you'd like to arrange something?

    ** SOLD **

Cameron - good meeting you, and enjoy the speakers!! It was fun chatting while demo'ing them...

Side note - I'm hoping to host a GTG w/ other local forum members sometime in 2020, to meet other Polk enthusiast in the area and discuss this great hobby. Maybe some people could bring over different gear to demo/swap gear/etc, either using the two-channel system (2.0 currently, might add a sub in the near future), and/or the media room (7.1).

I'd be in for a GTG. Met @cambir at Jakes GTG a few years ago, nice guy...
