Turn those hi-rez files into vinyl

I would be suspect of the sound quality coming out of this, but what the hecK, maybe burning your own vinyl is the start of something big - lol

I have only been around since 1894 but I never dreamt of being able to produce my own quality records with just the push of a button. I sometimes dream about Pastrami Burgers though.

I was figuring it was a great way to etch my mp3 collection to vinyl to get all the degraded SQ of the compressed format married to the scratches, expense and inconvenience of vinyl records. How much are the blank records?

Can it be any worse than what some modern pressing plants are putting out?

Looks like it will be 2,000 euros a pop...unless you get in on the Kickstarter Project funding. At least it's not some cheap Chinese thing. It's being made in Switzerland.

I think the target for this will be recording studies promoting indie artists wanting to offer vinyl discs for sale at concerts or at local record shops, etc. Or you could make your sweetie a mix-tape-vinyl-disc to play on her Crosley <3

Better to turn hi-rez files into iron oxide on Mylar, IMO :)
