How do I turn off e-mail notifications?

I thought I had an option of not getting e-mail notifications for threads I've participated in, or am watching - could be wrong. Is there to disable e-mail notifications, but continue to see them when I log into the forum?

Click on the little sprocket icon up top and edit your notifications.

Thanks - I found "Notification Preferences" under Notifications, and was able to tweak those settings.
