2. Van Hagar: Opps, Van Halen I mean "Live without a net" in New Haven Connecticut. I had this also on VHS, but cannot find a DVD version....Waaaaaaayyyy better than the other live Van Halen DVD, waaaaaayyyyy better.
Anyone seen these 2?

No idea on the Bon Jovi video, but I did read this news bit yesterday.
Van Halen's classic live video Live Without A Net is finally coming to DVD! The concert was filmed in New Haven, USA in 1986 celebrating the band's first tour with new vocalist Sammy Hagar. The video remains a favourite amongst fans and to this day is a spectacular watch and easily blows the more hyped Right Here Right Now live release out of the water. The first release of this much anticipated DVD is due out in Japan July 22.
There is no advance word on a worldwide release, but if Warner Japan are doing it, you can guarantee it will surface in other territories eventually.
While we are on the subject of Van Halen re-issues, the timing of DVD release is no coincidence, I'm told we can all expect the Sammy Hagar era van Halen re-masters at some stage too - possibly before the end of this year."she had the body of Venus, with arms." -
Thanks bud! That is good news. Live without a net is awesome. Even on the cheesy VHS version the audio was very good, can't even imagine it on DVD.
Thanks again! I'll be impatiently waiting....Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
