Actual price here folks. Not trying to make anything. Just was able to get a couple extra copies and I knew some folks (myself included) had missed the preorders at various sites.
Two (2) available. Paid $38.13 ($35.97 + $2.16 tax) each. Should be able to send Media Mail, so I'd think the total won't be much more than $40 give or take. Paypal Friends & Family (or add fees).

I'm at Barnes & Noble in Ithaca NY and they have one copy here, @ $44.99.
I haven't been here in awhile and decided to stop in on today's motorcycle ride, and was very disappointed to see that once was large media section is now 3 small isles. Sign of the times.
They downsized the classical cd section to basically nothing. They were all overpriced like nobodies business and honestly didn’t have a lot of box sets or really “good” ones etc. I’m just glad you can get stuff like that online for cheap but every now and again a hole in the wall bookstore may have a giant collection of classical cds.
