No video with firestick 4k plugged into command bar.

I followed the setup tutorial and everything works except video wont come through my tv. If i say alexa play stranger things on fire tv i can hear it fire up the episode and everything starts to play BUT the picture only displays white noise like something is unplugged. Its plugged into an ARC HDMI and Ive tried switching it to every available HDMI the tv has to offer and still it doesnt work. Ive also tried switching to HDMI 1 and 2 on the remote. Anyone else had this issue?

I wanted to say as well that my firestick 4k works perfectly as long as its not plugged into the polk command bar.
