Command Bar wont launch Netflix on FireTV

hi, just got my Polk Command Bar up and running with a FireTV 4k stick. All works well but when I say "Alexa Open Netflix" it just searches for and shows the Netflix app but doesn't actually open it. When i say the same thing into the FireTV remote it works fine so I'm guessing there may be a blip with how the Command bar parses the command?
