What should be the power of the receiver, considering the existing speakers?

I have a Sony Mutek Ddw2000 Home Theater, including the STR-DG520 Receiver.
Unfortunately, a receiver channel has been damaged, and has no repair.
I then need to replace this receiver.

These are the technical specifications of the broken receiver, and of its speakers, which I intend to keep with me:

I would like the guidance of friends here on the forum, which should be the RMS power per channel of the receiver I shall buy, considering the rest of the home theater, ie the speakers, since the new receiver will work with them.

I appreciate the help.

Replace the receiver w/denon/marantz, or Yamaha adventage receiver with preamp outs for possible future upgrades

That 140W output rating is bloated. 10% distortion would be beyond unlistenable. Go with the above-mentioned suggestions, even if they're rated at half the Sony, they will give far better performance.

2nd on replacing receiver with another brand.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Do not mess with non ES Sony AVR's. Not the best in the world.

Look at the above A4L for a Denon/Marantz or Yamaha
