Polk Command Bar not working

Hi guys. I've connected my Command Bar via HDMI arc and it doesn't appear to be working. I managed to get sound out of it but now that's gone off and nothing is responding.
Tried to set up using the app but it won't enter set up mode!
Connected to spdif and sound is coming through but remote is completely unresponsive as is the unit itself. There is a constant blue light on the alexa part....
