Japanese or Taiwan made RD0202-1tweeter?

Need to get some replacement tweeters and wondering if there is any difference sound wise between the two and if one is better than the other. Has anyone compared the two? I am wondering if the Japanese version is better before production was shifted to Taiwan. It appears the Japanese made tweeters can be identified, with the exception of being stamped "Japan" on the back, by three dots on the bezel in the recessed circle below the acoustic lens. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the matter.
