    I don't have sensitive ears so I can live with horns. Stone or granite horns? I guess they would be ok.

    I do have sensitive ears, and I like good horns.
    (and I recoil from bad ones -- the "heritage" Klipsch midrange horns fairly leap to mind)

    I'd be curious to hear the one in the video link IRL with a phone stuffed in it -- or a good compression driver stuck on it.

    The cutoff of a horn as small as the one in that video will be fairly high. maybe 500 Hz, give or take.
