    I love my ceramic pot but I don't think it's made for gas stoves. :/

    Didn’t realize it was legal in Illinois. Is it just medicinal, or also recreational?

    Don't put your All Clad pans on a high temperature grill. I learned the hard way by using two on my TEC Infrared grill. Sent them back to All Clad but would not cover them under warranty.

    That is where Cast Iron comes in handy. So long as it doesn't sit directly on a fire, you will not damage them and they are great for searing at high heat.
