Help with Set-Up? Recommendations for HT system

Hello,
I see that there are a few sales going on for memorial day and I wanted to pick up a HT system for my basement. I've just recently moved which would now provide me with a dedicated HT room. Could you look over my system and let me know if it'll work or not and I'm open to suggestions as I'm not as savy as some of you, my only HT system was a budget 5.1 polk system and a cheap costco receiver. I will be using this set-up mostly for movies and sports and some gaming.
My room: 16x18x 10' ceiling, my couch will be against the back wall, in between 2 wall. The surrounds i was thinking of getting are the FxiA6 as I can place them on the wall at 90 degrees.
System #1
RTiA7x2
CSiA6
FXiA6
PSW110
AVR? undecided (maybe Onkyo TX-RZ820)
System #2
S60x2
S35
FxiA6
Same receiver as above
Thank you for your time!

I think the s60 combo will work best with a receiver but don't forget a sub. Something good makes a difference.Just a dude doing dude-ly things

Setup #2 for sure.
Here the AV for just $499.00

and get a good sub. SVS or HSU.

Either system would work well for movies and gaming. The only thing I can see you need to reconsider is the subwoofer as others mentioned. SVS/HSU/ would be way better than anything Polk has to offer.HT SYSTEM-

RTiA are a tad better for movies and the CSiA6 is an awesome center. Only problem with system 1 is an AVR won't be able to push the speakers to there best sound.
System 2 looks good and the Signatures rock on music. Maybe toss in the CSiA6 as your center on this system. It has worked well for me with my S60's.
AVR, If Onkyo fixed their HDMI board problem it looks great for that price. Also look at Denon AVR-X3500 Yamaha RX-A10XX or Marantz. If you don't mind referb A4L is a great place to save some money https://www.accessories4less.com/make-a-store/category/avreceiver/home-audio/receivers-amps/home-theater-receivers/1.html
In HT a good sub is almost a must. You want to hear and feel the movie sound track. HSU http://hsuresearch.com/subwoofers.html or SVS https://www.svsound.com/ These are about the best subs you can find for the price. The HSU VTF2 is one of the best bang for the buck subs there is.
Ceiling speakers. Something to think about here. Add a set about midway in the room for ATMOS DTS-X.
One thing in HT that is greatly overlooked is the wires.
Bottom of my list is Monoprice 12AWG you can only go up from here. Doug's Furez speaker cable is affordable and sounds great https://douglasconnection.com/product/furez-12-awg-2-conductor-speaker-cable-raw/ use Monoprice for surrounds and Doug's furez for the front 3.
HDMI cables, I only use Audioquest. The Pearl works great.
When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.
