Anyone catch 60 minutes tonight....appears some of the largest generic drug companies are involved in price fixing. Lovely...crony Capitalism at its best.

I did not but I will google it to check it out.

I know for me, the " generic" of Copaxone is Mylan's glatiramer acetate. Instead of $7500 a month, the Mylan is $5200 a month. Both are$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so it makes me wonder about generic pricing. Without insurance, I would not be able to take the meds that is for sure.

Same with Synthroid and Levothyroxine. Levothyroxine through CVS prescription it is $40 for 3 month supply but, Walmart NOT using insurance I get it for 10$ for 3 months. How does one have the same thing way cheaper? Maybe that story will have some answers.

    Sorry that I missed that!

YUP, thanks to our lawmakers and their close fundraising lobbyists who give graciously to their re-election campaigns ( from which if there is anything left-over, the politician gets to keep >:) ) , us regular Americans get screwed at every turn almost. :(
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
