AVR suggestions

Hello one and all,

I am building a house and have decided to go with a 5.1 speaker system in my great room consisting of four LC80i's for front and rear speakers, LSiC center, and PSW505 sub. I am now in the market for an AV receiver and would welcome opinions on same: the current front runners are Denon AVR-3805 and NAD T773. The Denon offers 3 source/3 zone flexibility, with 5.1 going to zone 1, the ability to assign the rear surrounds to zone 2, and RCA preamp outputs for zone 3. I have tried to determine whether or not the 773 will permit me to assign the rear surrounds for utilization of a second source as zone 2, but have yet to get confirmation of same.

The 3805 looks like an awesome AV receiver, however, I am skeptical about its' ability to handle the 4 ohm loads presented with both the LC80i and LSiC. The 773 is a significant step up in price, however, I would rather spend more up front for equipment which is better suited for my speaker selection.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

John
