Good thing climate change is a hoax. Otherwise this, and worse, will happen more often, and in places not expecting it. Then again, it’s a good business opportunity for those still working. :)

Wow what a predicament these people are in. And I mean it has nothing to to with "the lightman1".

This is coming downstream next week.
We're making plans to temporaraly relocate Memphis fire and
Police training before the river crests next Wednesday.
The whole length of the Mississippi will be a mess for weeks.

So sorry to see and hear about this disaster as I know the feeling of community despair after the Harvey flood in the Houston area

Is there a fund to donate too that you’d recommend Steve?

Climate change isn't a hoax, it's been happening since the beginning of time. The idea that humans can do something about it is the hoax.

It's not so much we are putting too much into the air, it's that at the same time they're cutting down the tropical forests at a record rate so the carbon dioxide spong is smaller as well. With almost a 7-8 billion people on this rock at some point it will be overwhelmed at just the billions of people breathing.

Yes. Basically, this is a man made mess. Hopefully, technology can overcome this mess.

There used to be palm trees where the Grand Canyon stands now
Other affects of climate change...building mass golf courses in the dessert...hmmm

Next time you take a red eye flight across the country...look at what we occupy. Sure there are areas of dense population, but there are more desolate area than occupied

We did more harm during the industrial revolution than we have done in the last 50 years. We produce more recycled products than ever. Use less paper 10 fold compared to 20 years ago due the computer age.

We are still behind Germany, but it’s the 3rd world country’s that are the polluters.
