Anyway, once I retire I want to spend the time and really tweak my stereo. One of those tweaks is cleaning all the cable connections.
What is the best contact cleaner for the stereo, and the 20 amp circuits at the breaker?

What are your cables connection made of Bud .... gold?
Most will say deoxit and deoxit gold and I concur but i have also had excellent results with one of these cloths. They come available for gold and silver. I've linked the gold here.

You have some extremely high end cables. I would reach out directly to Shunyata and see what they suggest/recommend. -

Yes, I have used Deoxit in the past, but was just wondering if there was something under the radar that worked very well. Being lazy, I want to do a good job once. Not every year or so.

I use Deoxit Gold but i may try these also. Thanks for tip.. -
