Selling this as I went with a Rega MC cart and wanted less fuss and more synergy with my particular gear. It works amazingly. Responds well to NOS tubes. (I will offer a single 12au7 CBS tube ‘55-‘58 for $35 more)
Purchased less than four months ago and have everything it came with. Pretty much mint as it gets.

    /\/\Thanks i felt that was a very nice offering myself. So far so good using the stock tube. I am going to swap in the nos tube in a week or so and see how that goes.

    So far i played The Steve Howe album & a mofi A trick of The Tail. Very nice sound from two well recorded albums. I did have to bump up the analog source level a few db's but overall it is sounding like a keeper.

    I have many good phono amps thru the years like the Parasound Zphono and the Graham Slee Grand amp 2 and the Vincent Pho800 this is my favorite! and made me stop searching for another one!

    This is an upgrade for me for sure. Not that the NAD i was using is bad it's just not in the same league. @voltz Are you using the stock tube or another tube?

    I have the 700 and put a psvayne 12Au7 to replace the stock tube and couldn't be happier love mine matched with a Vincent SA T1 preamp. Once again enjoy that 701.

    yes but that because I added a Step up transfer from Lounge audio to help me lower my volume dial when used with out it as my High MC cart is a weird fit for any phono amplifier!

    for High MC carts it seems a MM seting with a SUT works better then using the other settings as I learn from Rich @SCompRacer taught me :)

    before I had my volume dial near 12 oc and now its back to 9oc
