PQ = excellent. Muted colors are very natural and film-like, no EE and very good detail without too much sharpness. Transfers are just getting so good these days.

SQ = DTS-ES 6.1 Discrete or DD-EX. Both are excellent. The trailer alone is worth listening to - probably the best use of DD-EX special FX I've ever heard (no kidding).

The movie: Creepy and with decent suspense, but non-stop mayhem after the first 20 or 30 minutes. If you love horror flicks with good special effects on the gore, you'll like TCM. I couldn't sit through it, just not my cup of tea, I guess. The girls loved it, though. Getting scared, jumping 2 feet out of their seats, and screaming at the top of their lungs is their just groove. :-)

But could Jessica Biel get ANY hotter? She is the quintessential nubile 20-something. Try ripping your eyes away from that chassis, guys - you just can't. I was praying she'd last the entire movie and not be an early casualty, and my prayers were answered.

The Dr. is right, Biel is the only reason I bought this movie. The only thing better if she was in cut- off jeans. Back to the movie, great pq-sq lots of good bass.

I remember seeing the original when I was in grade school, completely terrifying. I'll have to check out the remake.

I happened to be on the same flight as Jessica Biel from Colorado to Austin, TX when she was in town filming this movie. I couldn't believe it. She looked amazing in person :D
