new head unit

i should be getting my new head unit soon, premier DEH-960MP, i put the deposit on it yesterday, i know cody didnt seem too fond of it, but im getting it for all of $400, cant wait...

    yes they are a dealer. but the staff and owners are all friends of mine. i got it for cost plus 10% which i think covered like shipping or something. ive gotten all of my stuff through them except my 6X9's and my gnx's, which the gnx's might be for sale soon...dunno yet.

    Nah, I was the one that said I didn't like the 960. Granted it's an excellent unit, the styling doesn't fit my style. I would love to have cody's, though. The 960 vs 940 are about the same, maybe even 960 is better, but I'd still buy the older one for looks.
    I bought my RF9200 for my style, and for aux function... it wasn't the top model and want the best model, but I still get compliments on how it looks to this day at stoplights, etc.

    another nice thing i got from them was my dx 6.5 components for $100 :) i only have one question about the auto time alignment, will it still work the same even though the signal will be going through the pre amp outs?

    if you have a 2 channel amp hooked up to the front output, then yes
    if you have a 4channel, i dunno

    when i went to get my alarm installed, they had the one im getting on display, so i was playing around with it, checking out the features, it looks amazing, i like the two different displays. i cant wait....
