What amp is best for Polk DB692 6x9" speakers?

Greetings. Just bought these speaker boxes (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MF85IF2/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for a couple Polk DB692 6x9s (https://www.polkaudio.com/products/db692). Now I just need the right amp. Am doing this install on a pedicab so it's gotta be a marine amp to handle being outside. Also, I'll be most likely running a 12v, 80ah battery that I need to last all day, so I don't want to go overboard with the amp I get. That said, I want the right amp for the job, to get the best crisp, clean, and loud (if I want it) sound out of these puppies. They have an RMS of 150W and Peak of 450W. Not using a subwoofer (to save battery life) so I need these fellas to put out good bass and sound all around.

Suggestions on what amp or amps would pair nicely under these conditions?

Also... is there any reason why those boxes I bought are sub-par and I should ditch em and do something different?

Thanks!,
Jacob
