My hometown University hockey team won the National Championship last night in Div. III in overtime, first undefeated Div. III national champs ever! Fantastic finish to a super hard fought championship played on their home ice in front of home fans. Coach is a former player for same team and also local boy. Had to watch it on the computer as no TV broadcast - are you kidding me ? It’s the national championship, even if DIII. Also, nearby college in same league just won DIII National Championship in basketball. College sports is great and this is a good time of the year for it!
