Just a follow-up. I have received and installed my replacement Atrium 6s just in time for spring. -- Looking back, it wasn't a bad customer service experience, but it would have been nice if they realized earlier that outdoor speaker pairs have the same SN on both speakers. It would have saved a lot of time. Could the experience have been better? Sure. But it was much better than I've received elsewhere in recent years. I will say that everyone I spoke with was friendly and easy to get a hold of.
