Command Soundbar Turns off TV

I have a Polk audio Command Sound Bar connected to an LG smart tv using an HDMI cable to the ARC ports. After turning it on and watching tv for a couple mins, it will turn off the tv, we have to retry turning it back on various times until it works again. Sometimes it turns off again and sometimes it remains on...any suggestions?
