As seen Someplace Else: EVS "Ground Enhancers" -- thoughts?

Saw this posted Elsewhere 
and wondered if anyone here had any experience with any of this family of products? They're obviously not new, but they're new to me - and I am always curious (if academically skeptical) of such tweaks.
That said, I do have a pair of the freebie Black Discus thingies (Mad Scientist Audio) on my loudspeaker cables at the amplifier, so I am not utterly anti-tweak.
A quick search did turn up a couple of mentions but I thought it might be worth asking again.

If you squeeze a snake hard enough you can extract the oil from it and put in on the market......
