Foobar (free program) will also do it.

Just curious - why do you want to do this? Compatibility with some software or device?

Do you know if Foobar will do batches?

The Marantz that I sent back did not play WMA lossless so I figured I would try to convert them to avoid future problems.

With Foobar, you can select any portion of your library (up to all of it) for conversion, and it will convert in the background.
