Sound bar with no sound

We just got ours (sound bar) through Dish a couple days ago. Turned TV on this AM and bar didn't come on. I thought it became 'unpaired" (IDK)so I went through the steps in the booklet. Still nothing but 2 white lights? Any thoughts?

Hello,
I believe those lights tell you which input the soundbar is set to. There should be an input selector button on the remote, try using it to switch the inputs until you get sound.

I am using the dish remote and do not see an input button. I once again tried to erase coffee by holding source button for 10 sec. It did not do anything if what the booklet said.

If possible try using the Polk remote.
