Do the Polk MM124 subwoofers and the Polk c300.2 amps come with warrantys?

Just looked and it looks like 1 year on the amp, and 3 year on the Subs, Not 100% sure on the amp but it lists Polk/Momo subs as having a 3 year warranty. The manuals available from the PolkAudio website have the info in them.
